Educational Qualification: Must Have (Any one) – BE / B.Tech, MCA, MS (IT) or equivalent

Place of Posting: Bengaluru/Cleveland

Salary: As per industry standards

Notice Period: Less than 30 days

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver the product to specification
  • On-time delivery of the product
  • Manage and mentor the project management/scrum teams
  • Manage the allocation of the requirements to the right developers and meet the time-to-market requirements of the product team
  • Ability to release a quality product that meets the quality control and assurance criterion set up by the product management and quality teams
  • Must ensure that the team follows the processes setup by the organization in an agile environment

 

Skill Requirement – Mandatory:

 

  • Responsible for timely and quality product release
  • Proven experience in delivering software products delivery
  • Ability to plan and deliver against commitments
  • Hands on problem solving capabilities
  • Proven experience in balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
  • Understanding of the digital landscape
  • Experience in enterprise product releases

 

Additional Skills:

 

  • Experience with handling projects in the U.S. Geography
  • Preferably SCRUM/AGILE/PMP certified
  • Excellent command over the English knowledge and the ability to convince senior management and board of concepts and deliverables
  • Handle escalations from customers/internal stakeholders/investors
  • Problem solving
